Nearly 15 months after becoming a British citizen, finally posted my UK passport application. AT LAST

Thank you! It wasn't the paperwork so much as having to surrender my other passport for an unspecified period of time, when I normally have to travel internationally for work every four to eight weeks. But since I'm on maternity leave now, I'm finally staying put for a while!

It was; it's great to watch how happy it makes my friend. And she gives me jobs she doesn't like doing but which I don't mind, so she's ridiculously grateful for my help. As I am for hers when she does me favors easy for her (usually driving me places, which she also did today). Win-win!
