I actually called the doctor to get respite from respiratory misery, and have giant antibiotics horse pills, that I actually drove over to collect (note the above misery)

I'm not always good at seeking medical help, I had to make a rule for myself that if something disrupts my sleep even ONE NIGHT I can call it in and ask for help.
