Pineapple meatloaf is in the oven! Will report back—most likely Monday, as this is work lunches&mdashwith how it tastes. Also planned tonight's dinner, did a bunch of laundry, cleaned the bathroom, and cleaned up after the pineapple meatloaf. (Not in that order.)

Dragged myself out of bed when I was still tired because I knew self-care and dog care depended on it. :)

Was a mess today. I managed to acknowledge it, get up, eat and do something.

Went for a long walk in hilly Herefordshire with the family, and looked at some old churches and a 1200-year-old yew tree.
