Do you have ideas about how people might get involved with it as a community?

That's a good question. I put together a slap-dash welcome post, but will mull over some ideas (and happily take suggestions) as to how we might help each other as a community. Weekly goals (a glass of water before every meal, for example?) might be interesting.
