Ticked a couple of small but long-overdue things off my vague mental to-do list of things to nag myself to do. And I'm a member of the new library at the end of my road now! And I went for a swim, albeit only a little one before the pool became too overrun with chaos-causing children.

Have accepted I have insomnia. Am attempting to deal with the root causes (money-based stress, mostly).
