Just One Thing (13 August 2016)

It's challenge time!

Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.

Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished!

Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!

Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

Go!

Left the house about 9am, was home briefly for a shower and change of clothes, and then out again until after 10pm. In that time, we did clothes shopping, skate classes, dance classes, grocery shopping, other food shopping, bought kitchen equipment to deal with a regular thing that has been eating through my plastic bag stash. Oh, and went to see a *fabulous* high school production of "High School Musical". No real all round stars there, but a fabulous campy dancer with an adequate voice, a fabulous singer with rudimentary acting ability, and a generally competent cast (only one that we all spotted who didn't really know the steps, and only two of the four of us had noticed her - she had a fabulous smile, and really performed the bits she knew).

And I'm functional today. This is well into the 'maybe I'm finally getting well again' category. Even last term, I was still struggling with skating + dancing on Saturdays, and missing one or both nearly as often as getting to both, and I had given up on grocery shopping.

That is definitely awesome! So pleased to hear it.
