Just One Thing! (15 August 2016)

It's challenge time!

Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.

Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished!

Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!

Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

Go!

Despite an all-day anxiety attack:

Let scooter repair guy in to replace inflatable tyres with solids, and counted out correct change to pay him

Told gardeners what to do and what NOT to do (don't use weed killer because I have frogs, don't prune tree X), counted out correct change to pay them

Phoned medical receptionists and cancelled appts x 3

Phoned transport service and cancelled transport x 1

Listed my old scooter tyres on Gumtree because brand new, never used

Stripped dirty sheets off bed

Shook out and bundled up 4 sheets for SO to take away and wash tommorrow

Loaded dishwasher

Washed some socks

Tidied up one room a little

Tidied up a different room a little

Listened supportively to a friend's rant about their family

Lots work! Well done! Especially with anxiety making it difficult.

Thank you! ^_^

Yeah the anxiety meant I had to keep checking and re-doing the housework things in case I'd missed something the first time, which made them a lot more physically exhausting and time consuming.
