It's challenge time!

Asked four different people for emotional support when I was feeling really despairing about my chronic illnesses.
Ate food.
Decided to postpone taking new physical health meds for a few days until I was feeling less stressed and better able to cope with potential side effects.
After talking to a friend, realised at least part of my problems were probably from quitting sugar two weeks ago. (apparently quitting sugar can cause Anger; Anxiety; Appetite changes; Cravings; Depression; Dizziness; Fatigue; Flu-like; Headaches; Insomnia; Irritability;
Mood swings; Shakes; Sleep changes)
Did some laundry.
Filled the cat fud bowl.
Patted the cats.
