Three medical calls.

One "you're trying to reassure me but it's coming across wrong", which left me feeling very very secure and happy after we resolved it.

Figuring out how to say, reviewing with the other most-involved party, and then ultimately saying something very very scary. (Happy, but terrifying as a Big Step.)
