- Got to the physiotherapist on time, even though I was suffering from severe inertia and don't-wanna;

- Remembered to remind the physiotherapist that I've been coughing a lot, in case that was relevant: lo and behold, my left pectoral/arm/wrist/hand pain was referred from the tissue between my ribs.

- Went shoe-shopping (so exhausting, so much walking around the store to see if the shoes were safe and comfortable!) and bought two different types of shoes. What with a history of my ankles hyper-pronating and a history of falls, the right shoes are Serious Business. I may use a wheelchair, but I still need to be able to safely hop out of it in the disabled loo without falling over (where the tiles are often no-grip and wet/slippery) and I also walk inside my house.

- RSVPed to a meeting about disability access to public transport next week.

- Booked a wheelchair taxi to the meeting about disability access to public transport next week, because it's early enough in the day that the train will be too crowded for wheelchair users to get there by train.
