Home vet visit. Chased and caught cat, despite hands/wrist pain. Held cat, despite hands/wrist pain.

Dishwasher.

Got enough sleep.

Had fun with my partner.

Had a lovely social time with friends.

Made food happen, and helped my partner when their back started yelling at them.

When I hurt myself, I quite sensibly said "That's that." and did not try to do anything that might have further aggravated the injury.

I also was able to assemble a thing despite absolute crap for included directions.
