Went and got coffee;

Bank;

ATM;

Post office;

Chemist;

crowbarred myself out of the house to go to an event, despite I don't wanna;

was assertive when someone at event behaved inappropriately. I also complained to the person in charge;

sought help exiting event when the only visible exit was completely blocked by 80 powerwheelchair users. (Not an exaggeration, it was a Disability-specific event.);

sought emotional support and hugs from my partner for how stressful everything was.

Good job getting through all of it, and I'm sorry the event was so stressful.
