Called patient advocate at the hospital-place I went to yesterday to leave an Official Complaint about the doctor I dealt with. (Not terrible medically, but would perhaps be better if replaced with a robot who would probably have a better comprehension of human emotions and what is appropriate to say to patients.)

Also gave myself space to collapse in a pile of /o\ and tears and snot.

At least there was a puppy around, and puppy was a happy and cuddly puppy.
