Changed a hospital appointment that was going to happen while I was in Germany. Required phone call (guh) and hence have been avoiding this task for about a week. However! Done!

SO RITE. When I was younger I used to have script my half of the dialogue and write it out manually before I made a call. At least I don't have to go that far any more, but I still loathe making calls.
