Got out the door in good time to deliver housemate to appointment, having done the necessary parts of my morning routine and brought with me everything I intended to bring (except the specific pills from the date labeled today in my med planner box, but I reminded myself that I had a backup set in my bag for occasions just like this).

Took a call from an unfamiliar number and had a productive conversation with the anaesthesia nurse for my upcoming Baby Needs A New Septum situation.

Set up some to-do items.
