Just One Thing (30-31 January 2024)
It's challenge time!
Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.
Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished! Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!
Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.

Helped answer some of the miscellaneous questions from a trainee nurse who was helping my nurse out. Showed off my chemo safety necklace. (Biohazard symbol, and an attached tag with a medical alert and chemotherapy on the one side, and a potential bad interaction between chemo side effects and another chronic condition on the other side. tl;dr if not wanting to eat/etc from chemo tanks my blood sugar, it's a medical emergency and I'm not actually drunk in public, call the paramedics and offer me sugar.)

I haven't heard of chemo safety necklaces before, but they sound very useful and practical.
