I got up and made breakfast before work. I made biscuits & onion jam to have as breakfast sandwiches yesterday. Today I made sausage Patties and a new version of eggs. I blended 2 eggs with about 5 oz of soft tofu & some seasonings including turmeric, salt, Paprika, onion & garlic powder. It turned out fairly well & made enough for 6 sandwiches. I may end up tweaking it since this was the first time I made it.

So much planting today -- several herbs, a black raspberry, a bunch of woodland wildflowers, 3 strips in the prairie garden (2 flowers, 1 grass).

Was mostly amused at the repetition of people who didn't read the signs telling them they would have problems if they tried to do the thing that were used to doing out of habit.

Could have been a lot of different emotional states about that.

2 large Yellow onions. It's what I had in the house.
