I upcycled a second hand jeans jacket into something a bit more fancy.

And I started Casey Johnston's Couch to Barbell program yesterday and I am so sore today!

I heroically refrained from making a snarky remark at work about something, as the person I was talking to at the time might be the source of the passive aggressive note that had irritated me earlier. As a result no awkward situation occurred and we didn't fall out. (Also in the greater scheme of things it just really wasn't important either)
