I flew home. From the midwest. With a connecting flight and only an hour, from a short-hop to a long-haul, in Minneapolis/St. Paul (at least it wasn't O'Hare instead!). With my husband, and two kids under 5...both still in car seats, which we mount on the plane, which makes the whole thing something of a circus.

I won't say it was handled with complete grace, but it didn't go too badly.
