Put some technique learned at a conference to work after a surprise meeting that didn't feel like it went well. It didn't have the effect I had hoped, but that's because there's apparently more under the surface that needs to be dealt with.

Was designated driver again. Getting lots of night driving practice in as well as sampling many vintages of Diet Coke. :p
