Happy birthday to me!

Ridiculous amount of walking. RIDICULOUS amount of walking. Up and down mountains. (I live in a state that barely even has hills.) And my legs don't even hurt.

Went to the doctors, got a prescription.

Arranged someone to come look at our broken oven. (This was far more difficult than the simple sentence makes it look!)

Got most of my files from the old laptop to the new laptop. Still got a small amount of game stuff and my email archive to transfer, but the new one is now functional. Currently trying to recover the external hard drive I dropped a couple of months ago,but that's going to take hours to run (which is why I've switched to it rather than finish the other transfers).

Finally went to the optometrist's and got the glasses I needed for computer and TV. I'd postponed this for 3 years.

Drove to Bristol and back. Successfully completed my first Shaun in the City trail there. Ate a fantastic (and cheap!) lunch at Small Street Espresso.
