Went with a friend to an appointment he was very anxious about.

Got enrolled (well, mostly--- can't finish the process because the company's website is glitching, but I called them and it's definitely on their end) for health insurance for next year!

Made some delicious food--- including getting a LOVELY brown gravy out of the pan that I'd used for some sausage and onions!
