It's challenge time again!

(Sorry about there being no post yesterday. I couldn't decide whether a Just One Thing plus the Pride Thread was too much.)

I was SERIOUS BADASS you guys. I've got all but one of those scary, annoying little 'hanging over your head' things taken care of, and hit my word count, and then went for a run. I do not know who this strange imposter version of me even is, but I would like her to stick around for a while.

(And then I went to the pub. Not necessarily an accomplishment, but it was fun.)

Yesterday, I pointed out to my boss that I am massively overwhelmed.

She pointed out that with almost 90 loans on me, I'm allowed to be overwhelmed. And then she gave me a definitive date for when I will no longer be doing three people's work. (For the first time since...sometime in November?)

Today, I pointed out that the system we use for reward/punishment is...borked, to say the least. She agrees with my assessment and is going to be trying to get it reworked.

I got the green count under 20 for the first time in months. I have no illusions that it will stay there, but I am very, very hopeful.

I revamped my old website - new layout, deleted all the content to start it from scratch, and started writing new content for it :)

I went to bed on time last night despite my period fucking up my internal clock to such a degree that I literally do not feel an inkling of tiredness right up until the moment I pass out.
