I did some reading, and had my first visit to a new (and promising) therapist, and then I came home and dedicated my evening to cooking tasty things for lunch tomorrow.

Got up and put on clothes.

Really, some days that's the best you can hope for.

We canned! Pressure canning, not just water-bath, and with a canner with the weight and pressure gauge to watch and muck about with the range temp on.

This was the first time I've been the one in charge of/with the most experience with the canner, I've always just been hands and go-fer for my mom or grandmother!!!!

I went to bed early! It is amazing how much difference having enough sleep makes o_o
