So I've been wondering what happened to this community since I spectacularly failed at hosting, and my best guess is that randomling's life stuff has got in the way of their very heavy admin involvement.

So I thought I might try to jump-start this again. Let's start with Just One Thing, shall we?

It's challenge time!

Street Team Challenge #1 (May 2014)

"Street team" is a marketing term for a group of fans who promote a product or company by word-of-mouth. A street team usually works for free, providing the band/company/group they believe in with advertising just by loving that thing and talking about it, in order to get more people interested and talking. Sometimes the band/company/group provides incentives in the form of merchandise or show tickets.

In conclusion: let's get the band back together just by participating and talking about awesomeeers!


Challenge #1

If you have a random idea for a challenge, post it! It doesn't have to be formulated as a challenge. It doesn't have to be "good" or "good enough." ("Good" and "good enough" are imposter syndrome talking.) Just post it!

Team Mission: There are 100 people subscribed to this community. I challenge 10 of you (that's 1/10th!) to post a random challenge by 31st May.

Rad Incentive: If we reach 10 random challenges, I will donate 1 month of paid time to awesomeers, as well as 1 month of paid time to one of the people who posts a one-off challenge (chosen at random).
