Nope. I took a vacation day from work because I hurt so much I can't sit at my desktop, and the day has only served to validate that decision, and I have therefore done approximately fuck-all all day besides sit in bed with my laptop. :(

If it hasn't significantly improved tomorrow, I am going to urgent care on the grounds that I obviously injured myself yesterday.

Attended conference in the morning, came home & took the children out to Stephansplatz for a walk and some cake, fed them dinner & prepped them for bed, went back out to conference poster session then for dinner & beers with partner & colleagues.

Helped rearrange the outside deck furniture without annoyance or exhaustion.
