Finished the week's classwork a day before the last of it was due!

Woke up at a time of day associated with a diurnal schedule.

Continued the trend of communication.

Learned that my mind and body have some capabilities that I was heretofore mostly unaware of. Very interesting, if slightly disconcerting!

Did important prep for an early-morning telecon tomorrow.

Made a nice dinner for the family.

I asked for what I wanted, and I was not meet with the "absolutely not" that I expected. I still may not get what I want, but now I know there's actual space to ask.
