Your help kept me calm and level. Knowing that you were there, present, and asking the questions I would have been asking made me feel like everything was under as much control as it could be, and that I could focus on doing the part that only I could do (call ToS by any means necessary). Then I was able to focus on calmly interviewing the person reporting the issue because I was able to trust the information professional supporting me.
I could have done it without you, but I would have been a wreck and I don't know if I would have thought to ask for support.
