Rejigged my to do list: it now has the following headings:
Brain-dump to-do list (remember: it's healthy and normal for your to-do list not to be at zero)
Must be done within 24 hours Must be done within 48 hours Must be done within a week Must be done within a fortnight Must be done within the month Must be done within 6 months 12 months 2 years Undecided braindump eg I don't know when it needs to be done by, I'm just dumping it out of my brain.
