Two doctor appointments: one IUD, and one about my blood pressure.
Made a list of questions for the uterus inspector. Got some helpful answers.
Wrote up the IUD insertion experience, in a way which was helpful to others. (And possibly more graphic than I intended!)
Told the GP about my history of eating disorders from the high school era. It's getting less difficult every time.
Refraining from any and all activity which might dislodge the newly-seated IUD.
