I went to doctor appointments.

I fixed my shower.

I communicated with my family.

Pushed through lingering illness to get some important work done in London.

Came home and am now firmly ensconced on sofa with tea and no plans to move in the immediate future.

Survived incredibly exhausting and stressful appointment with (quite possibly the worlds most condescending/patronizing) occupational therapist, achieved most of the outcomes I wanted, did not snap at her despite severe provocation.
