I am acknowledging the existence of feelings. I would appreciate methods for dispelling them and/or integrating them in such a way that I can be okay with them rather than fearing them and the situation that may generate them.
I remembered to get up from my desk and take a walk in the park nearby to work. (Hatched a Rhyhorn, too, but that's less relevant.)
