Just One Thing! (15 August 2016)
It's challenge time!
Comment with Just One Thing you've accomplished in the last 24 hours or so. It doesn't have to be a hard thing, or even a thing that you think is particularly awesome. Just a thing that you did.
Feel free to share more than one thing if you're feeling particularly accomplished!
Extra credit: find someone in the comments and give them props for what they achieved!
Nothing is too big, too small, too strange or too cryptic. And in case you'd rather do this in private, anonymous comments are screened. I will only unscreen if you ask me to.
Go!

Yeah the anxiety meant I had to keep checking and re-doing the housework things in case I'd missed something the first time, which made them a lot more physically exhausting and time consuming.

Chased down an emotional reaction with potentially disruptive knock-on effects that seemed out of place; got it placed a little better, and hopefully the next time the inciting event occurs, maybe the brainweasels will step the heck off.
Realized, to my surprise, that there were additional circumstances under which I would be okay with a specific thing happening, even if it would have to be handled super carefully and would have a very large chance of going Very Wrong. Realized how Wrong it could go, so it would probably be a very bad idea. But. Alternatives.
Didn't take a nap for the first time in pretty much forever.
Laundry & mail.
Wrote more on the Fun With Hospitals saga.
Got a bit of reading, and talking about books, in.
