Was assertive at wheelchair taxi drivers x 2. Even in the face of "I know better than you/your physiotherapist about which way you should sit facing in my taxi, my wife is a Dr!"
Had tasty vege food.
Was assertive about not having food-intolerance-foods in my food. x 2 different cafes.
Went to a movie.
Did a number of things to cheer up SO (he's having a bad Depressive flare.)
