Sounds yummy and nutritious! What did you make?

A veggie pan with egg - basically sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, & mushrooms & tossed them in the pan with cherry tomatoes & eggs. SO GOOD. (though next time, I think, I'll forgo the eggs and add carrots instead.)
