Went to dentist. Was (outwardly, but also texting my partner in frustration) patient enough to get thanked by the dentist for my patience (over an hour waiting numbed up, needed additional shots because the first had started to wear off). KUEC helped.
Went to do my fasting blood draw anyway, despite being in zero mood for such things.
Realized that I would need a nudge to get some stuff done, and asked for it.
