Went to yoga first thing this morning, which is weird because I usually go in the evenings.

Went with husband to see his grandma in the hospital.

Baked a cake.

Increased my exercise goal by the appointed 10% after an energetic month.

Introduced my primary partner to yet another topic that they may not have thought to discuss with my morail.

Had an alarmingly productive discussion with my partner about some things. We'll see what it looks like in the morning.

I had a good day - was able to take a rejection well, roll with a schedule change in one direction and then the other, and have a really productive discussion with my partner toward improving myself.
