Exercised my democratic right, and voted.
For those familiar with the Australian system for the upper house, I voted below the line, and numbered every one of the dratted 58 candidates.
(state election, so a formal vote requires all the boxes. Oh, for the federal 'stop at 12 or all the good candidates, whichever is bigger')
