Because of illness, I have not driven much in two years, and not at any distance for a year and more. Today I drove about 20 miles, through heavy Saturday traffic, to a shopping center, and to another one. I walked nearly a mile -- parking places being a long way from where I wanted to go -- and I am not aching. I was able to manage driving in traffic I would normally have avoided, and the Little Deity of Traffic Lights smiled on me and gave me all the left turns I needed.
