I went swimming.

I'd been feeling ill this afternoon, and hasn't done much, but the swimming this evening was enough to give me my Gold body magic award from slimming world!

I'm pretty introverted but ...

I went to a training and asked questions, even when I was worried that they might be stupid ones. It turned out the answers were helpful to several people there.

I took a rescheduling with grace, and then went and did adulting things. Lots of adulting things.

I cut more patchwork pieces! I've now got about 10 days worth of the 365 day challenge blocks cut and ready to sew as soon as I feel motivated/have time.

Boxes and sorting.

Dinner with a good friend. We're soaking up our remaining time together.

Communication and chatter. Every problem that my partner and I resolve together makes us stronger.
