I broke through some of my bad brain and made a very short political action phone call; followed up with a petition signing and a small donation. This is the first time I've done that in months. Been ABLE to do that. I need to act on impulse more often, I guess, before the weight of all the awful comes craching down on me...

Yes. I did it and that was a good thing to have done.

Phone call to courier company AGAIN to change my address from PO box
to street address (courier company does not deliver to PO Boxes). Did not lose my temper at customer service assistant, even though this was the fourth phone call (on four separate days) about this issue, plus four SMSes and one email.

Phone call to cancel allergy patch test appointment.

Phone call to make two psychologist appointments for September.

Ordered teabags online.

Psychologist appointment.

I got the kitchen counter cleaned. And maintained some of the other clean that I've managed in recent days. I have real hopes of getting all three of the main room floor, the kitchen counter, and the dining table clear simultaneously over the weekend...

I got through the day.

Made a call to schedule an appointment.

Also, put together a bed frame and the bed on top of it.

Arrived at work more or less on time. Informed my supervisor about the state of traffic, as soon as I knew I was likely to be late.

Was yet again the star of the crew.

Made a sensible decision based on my fatigue and went straight home.

Asked for help when I was not fully functional.

I hung in there with an upset and overwhelmed dear one of mine, and checked that things were more or less okay today, and made plans to make them better, which I should go do.
