Showered for the first time in 9 days [I have to have only cool showers because of my dermatitis, so making myself shower in cold weather is very hard. Plus, exhausted.]

Went to bed early, for some much needed sleep.

Went swimming with the children. Youngest is finally willing (after about a dozen swimming trips in recent weeks) to let go of me and float around in his water wings by himself. Achievement unlocked!
