Got my physiotherapy appointment on time, even though it was Way Too Early, and I had had Not Nearly Enough Sleep.

Chemist for vitamins and a pill splitter.

Was assertive to woman on train who wouldn't move her suitcase out of the aisle [even though she had tonnes of other places she could have put it!] so that I could get past in my wheelchair.

PO Box to collect mail

Loaded dishwasher x more than once

Took out recycling

I had a good idle day, even though there were things that had to get done. And I did not get majorly annoyed at a shipping update that turned out to be optimistic.

Excellent. I hope the shipping date becomes realistic soon.

Got a surprising number of things done for a day that was mostly intended as downtime.

I found my sewing machine, my air filter, my data vacuum, and a bonus spindle of burnable discs.

Food was good, despite it being a variant that I had not done before. (Beef mince with golden curry sauce and assorted frozen or dried vegetables. Last time it was chicken. Usually mine had involved fresh vegetables.)

Quality time with partner, despite some limitations.
