I'm really hoping that this will go some way to getting them out of a bit of a funk they are in, because they were a good musician, but haven't had a chance to play, and something that reminds them that they actually have skills might help.

coffee shop 2 for food. was polite to grumpy, grumpy waitress;

sent $ by paypal;

bought laundry liquid, handwash, shampoo and dishwasher tablets online;

taxi to doctor's appointment;

chemist for prescription meds;

taxi home;

ordered preprepared foods online.

Fed myself.

Made sure we were ready to leave on time.

Met up with my sister (yay!) and the man-child (less yay). Collected mail.

Got the last scattering of things out of my dear old car, in preparation for the inevitable.

When the expected and needed paperwork wasn't in the mail, looked up next steps and went to my partner for comfort.

Took the meds that would let me sleep through the night despite intermittent misery.
