Did all the homework due yesterday and most of the homework due today (I have ten hours left on the remainder and there isn't much remainder). Did not sign up for Saturday overtime for self-care reasons.

Realized I didn't need to be so cautious about something health-related as it has the opposite effect.

Well, yesterday I did not get done my scheduled Big Thing, but I did go to the chiropractor and buy yarn. And put myself to bed at a semi-reasonable hour.
