Laundry;

Took recycling to outside recycling bin;

Took rubbish to outside rubbish bin;

Spent some time sorting massive pile on loungeroom floor [still a lot to do]

Changed my cats litter tray, a massive task which I had been putting off for ?2 weeks?

Helped a friend get linens for the new puppies making a mess on her floor.

Got most of the most touchable surfaces disinfected with the exception of a couple, ordered clippers for my Mom, put the trash and recyclables out for pick-up and picked-up some carry-out lunch, which was tasty, but a pain in the ass and unnerving.

A sister and I went with our mom to deposit some savings bonds and do some other errands. And yes, we had our masks on. One of those was a quick stop by my place to pick up mail.





Then came back and had lunch. Then said sister and I had telehealth visits with our nephrologist. Thanks to her nurse practitioner and our mom for setting those up just this morning before we left. Our nephrologist is very happy with how we're doing.

I managed to break the "just one more" cycle with a well-placed thought and went to bed at a decent hour.

Got food despite no energy, as all energy had been used up on the errands.
