I took advantage of ground beef being on sale for $1.88/lb, bought 2 big packages AND cooked it all up this afternoon. Now it is packaged up in 8 freezer bags, properly labelled and in the freezer! Future me will be SO happy when she is trying to cook a meal!
Also, I pulled the bottom of the dishwasher apart, and cleaned all the strainer bits of all the gross food scraps and nonsense that accumulated - and then put it all back together, filled the dishwasher and turned it on. Yay!
