Woke up in time to be second adult for this morning's sparky visit.

I got through a long workday with lots of it issues and I took a shower after work.

Saw my new internist today for the second time. She is very good and wants to check my cholesterol the next time I am sucked by a vampire. She also told me that when I turn half a century old, I am going to need the Shingles vaccine. A sister of mine--who is younger than me--actually got shingles and she got vaccinated right after that.





After the appointment I came back and hung out as usual with the neighbors.





Managed to squeeze in some more pleasure reading.
