I finally got around to sending an email I should've sent two weeks ago.

I broke an antique memento & just cleaned it up without any angst. This is an accomplishment because I was raised by a hoarder who became unhinged if anything broke. I learned to be Very! Upset! when any object broke. It took a long time but I learned to accept that things will break and that it is ordinary. Not a crisis. Just clean it up. Hurrah!

I got myself packed up and home. And took a nap :p

Spent some relaxed time with my partner, despite my hip wanting to steal all the attention for its bad behavior.

Went shopping. Successfully rerouted mid-trip, because hopefully the sushi rice I got at Costco will be just fine.
