I kind of created it! They let you know that in the first week or so after your chemo, most bodily fluids spills are a chemo biohazard in addition to a regular biohazard. Thus the biohazard necklace. And I had an experience that scared me in retrospect (made some bad food choices, ate very sparingly for a while due to symptoms, aggravated another medical condition) and then realized that if I hadn't been around people who were taking the right kind of care of me, I could have put myself in the hospital or worse. So I custom ordered an engraved dog tag.
